Chandra Observatory captures amazing photo of Star Trek Enterprise being chased by hand of God.
I came across the original of this image earlier tonight. Of course I had to Photoshop the giant hand trying to catch the Enterprise. I couldn’t find an image with the right angle on the original Star Trek enterprise so I used a more modern version.
A small, dense object only twelve miles in diameter is responsible for this beautiful X-ray nebula that spans 150 light years. At the center of this image made by NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory is a very young and powerful pulsar, known as PSR B1509-58, or B1509 for short.
You can see the original photo over at the Chandra X-ray Observatory’s website.
